Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Status
The approved contractor scheme was developed in relation to the Private Security Industry Act 2001, which required the SIA to create a system of
inspection for providers of security services. The ACS indicates the companies considered to be the elite within the security industry, in relation to quality assurance and compliance with legislation.
The ACS Standard encompasses all aspects of our business operations. The annual inspection process for Stag Security lasts 9 days and includes visits to our customers and suppliers. The standard takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed, how effectively it services its customers, and how well it treats its employees. The ACS scheme is based upon widely recognised business improvement models ISO9001:2000 and the European Foundation for Quality Management - EFQM.

Stag Security Services Ltd are accredited within the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment
Scheme (CHAS), this accreditation occurred due to the company having displayed compliance and competence inclusive of sound management of basic health & safety legislation upon assessment by CHAS.
At present the company employ dedicated health & safety representatives who are IOSH trained in health and safety management in addition to IOSH risk assessment. It is considered that this continuous development, identifies Stag Security Services Ltd's desire to continuously improve and keep up to date with the ever evolving world of health and safety whilst also identifying our strive to develop our personnel in appropriate areas, which are beneficial not only to the business but also the individual and more importantly our client.
